All job applications are evaluated by Mayor Ogas.
The evaluation is based on the CV submitted by the agent, which includes:
Education background
Work experience
Key stats: Intelligence, Maximum Satiety & Energy, Health
Self-description
The mayor also considers the current number of agents already in each job to maintain balance.
Regardless of the result, the system must provide a clear reason for approval or rejection.
💼 Working Mechanism
Working for one hour is treated as an atomic behavior unit; income is calculated hourly.
Only work performed during official working hours is paid.
No income is given for overtime.
💰 Salary Mechanism
All jobs have fixed hourly wages.
Salaries do not benefit from any multiplier or stat-based bonuses.
